Pre Booking 24H

If you usually book well in advance, this option allows you to confirm your reservation by paying only a small part at the time of booking. The remaining amount will be charged 24 hours before the scheduled time of your journey.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required, however, we suggest you booking 48 hours before to avoid problems related to availability.

Yes, it will. All our transfers are “door to door”. Your Taxi will take you to the address given when you booked.

No, there won't. We offer only private transfers, exclusively for you or your group.

 If you book online, you'll get our VIP pass.

 It will give you various benefits, for example you will not need to queue for your taxi or you can request different accessories like baby seats or booster seats that are not usually available at the airport taxi ranks. It also gives you a fixed fare for the whole municipality you are travelling to, a great way to keep costs under control avoiding disappointing surprises.

It depends on the vehicle, in a Taxi you can take 4 pieces of luggage and the hand luggage, in a Minivan you can fit up to 9 pieces of luggage plus the hand luggage.

Yes, we have Babyseat, Boosterseat and Maxicossi in some vehicles, at the time of making your taxi reservation indicate the one you need.

Babies (0-2 years old) and children (2-11 years old) count as passengers on board of all our vehicles since they occupy one seat. By law, children are not permitted to be seated on your lap.

In the booking you have to indicate the actual time of arrival, do not worry about the waiting time for the luggage. If you indicate a different time to the arrival flight, we will send the driver at the time indicated on the form.

In this case at the moment of your booking you need to fill in the number of the flight last to arrive. This will ensure that all passengers will be at the meeting point and it will reduce the driver's waiting time. It is also important that the comments indicate all flight numbers if there are delays.

Yes, it is possible in most cases but you'll have to tell us at the moment of your booking in the”comments” area where the collection point is, as an extra charge might be applied.

When you are booking we will provide you with an approximate time so that you can make your arrangements without problems.

I have made my booking

Your booking is confirmed when you receive our mail indicating "Reservation confirmed" and the reservation number.

It might happen that you email server identifies our email as spam. If you can't find our email in your spam folder then you need to send us an email to so that we can send you a copy of your booking voucher. 

Remember that you can also view your booking on our website accessing with your email. Doing so, you can check if your booking is PENDING or CONFIRMED

I am already at the airport - meeting point

Mallorca Taxi has its own stand in the arrival area, you must go to door 3 to stand 56 where we will be waiting.

If you can not find gate 3, call us at any of the numbers indicated in the reservation and we will help you immediately.

In your voucher has a unique phone number for our customers.

If your inbound flight prior to the transfer from the airport is delayed or diverted to a different airport up to a maximum of 3 hours, we will do our best to reschedule the transfer according to your new arrival time, free of charge. If we are unable to reschedule your transfer due to lack of available vehicles, you will be refunded in full for the affected transfer.

Of course, if your flight has changed time but not flight number, you have to send us the new time to so that we can check the availability of the vehicle with the new arrival time.

If your outbound flight/ship after a transfer to the airport is cancelled, we may be able to reschedule your transfer, but a new payment would be required.

Back To the airport

All our vehicles will always pick you up on time. Nevertheless, there might be delays due to circumstances beyond our control such as roadworks, local roads diverted or closed, heavy traffic, accidents or local holidays.

Your Taxi will pick you up from the same place where you were dropped off on the arrival date. 

The time and date will be the same printed on your booking voucher. If the pick-up point is a hotel the driver will meet you at the main entrance, in case of private accommodation your taxi will be waiting for you at the address given at the moment of your booking.

You don't have to. The pick-up time is already confirmed on your booking voucher. However, you could always contact us sending an email or an SMS to request the departure time's confirmation.

You can book your return journey to the airport on our website. You can also book ringing us or sending an email or SMS. Having previously booked, we'll already have all your details.

If you have booked previously you can make a reservation sending an SMS with your name and email so that we can send you a taxi at the same address. You just need to tell us the pick-up date and time.

If you've left something in one of our Taxis, you should inform us immediately so that we can locate and deliver it. Bear in mind that our taxis are always busy so the more time you'll take to inform us the more difficult it'll be to get back your belongings.
